Bienvenue aux élèves et étudiants latinistes !
Pour sa 4ème année d'existence, le Concours CICERO s'étend au Monde dans son édition 2010 ! Aux pays européens déjà engagés (la France, le Royaume-Uni, l'Espagne, l'Italie, Andorre, la Belgique) s'ajoute le Luxembourg qui participera pour la première fois... et peut-être la Hongrie. Mais surtout deux continents se joignent à l'Europe : l'Afrique avec la Tunisie, et l'Australie aux antipodes ! Le concours se déroulera en mars comme chaque année, le 13 mars en France, au Royaume-Uni, en Italie et en Australie ; les modalités figurent dans la rubrique de chaque pays. Une classe virtuelle reliera les différents centres composant le même jour, de telle sorte que les étudiants seront en contact les uns avec les autres, pendant qu'ils traduiront un texte de littérature latine ou néo-latine et qu’ils feront une recherche sur leur héritage commun à travers le thème choisi pour 2010 : "Carthage, de Didon à Hannibal". descriptif

Now in its 4th year, the CICERO Competition is expanding to the rest of the world in 2010. 6th Form students of Latin and Classical subjects will have the chance to compete in this exciting and intellectually challenging competition held not only in 7 European countries - UK, France, Spain, Italy, Andorra, Belgium, Luxembourg and perhaps Hungary this year - but also in Tunisia and Australia! The competition will take place on March - March 13th in France, UK, Italy and Australia ; details are given on each national page. A 'virtual classroom' will be set up and linked with the centres in other countries so that the students can see and hear each other as they translate a passage from Latin and research their common heritage via the topic "Carthage, from Dido to Hannibal". There will be worthwhile national and international prizes to be won! details

¡Bienvenidos estudiantes de Latín!
En su cuarto año de existencia el concurso CICERO se abre al mundo entero. El abanico de países europeos participantes (hasta ahora han sido Francia, Reino Unido, España, Italia, Andorra y Bélgica) se amplía con Luxemburgo, que participará por primera vez, y, tal vez con Hungría. Se nos unen también dos nuevos continentes: África, con Túnez como representante, y, desde las antípodas, Australia.
El concurso tendrá lugar como cada año en marzo. En Francia, Reino Unido, Italia y Australia será el día 13. El resto de los países indicarán en breve la fecha de realización.
El tema de la parte cultural será este año Cartago, de Dido a Anibal.
Mediante videoconferenica se establecerá contacto entre los estudiantes de los diferentes países. ver m·s detalles

Per il 4 anno consecutivo gli studenti di Latino avranno l’opportunità di gareggiare in questa entusiasmante competizione.

Nelle giornate del concorso verrà costituita una ‘classe virtuale’, che metterà in collegamento le diverse sedi, in modo che gli studenti possano entrare in contatto gli uni con gli altri mentre tradurranno un testo della letteratura latina o neolatina e mentre affronteranno la prova - sull’eredità culturale che li accomuna.
Sono in palio un premio europeo e riconoscimenti nazionali. dettagli
